Career Counseling
Counselors for Dr. Cris realizes that the discovery of one’s purpose and dream job is a sensitive and delicate process which reflects a client's desire to identify his/her calling; therefore, we offer a unique career counseling process to engage and inspire each client in finding his/her authentic self.

Individual Consultations
Career Counselors work with clients in two one-on-one sessions to assist clients in discovering their career niche, college degree major, or ultimate dream job. The first session consists of a one hour in-depth assessment process to determine a client’s unique need. The second session focuses on the completed results of the assessment process; clients will be informed of specific careers, degree major, and/or the dream job which reflects their purpose.
Clients occasionally wish to meet with our Career Counselors for additional sessions.
Career Transition Exploration
Are you a professional who is considering changing careers, but are unsure how to break into a new field or which field would be most rewarding? We can help. Our career counselors are trained to guide clients in their career transitioning process. Identifying specific career options that will define your purpose is accomplished through a detailed career exploration process.

College Degree Major Guidance
Research studies indicate that college students change their major at least once; therefore, high school juniors and seniors will be better served if they identify a major which reflects their personality, skills, and interests prior to entering college. As a result they will save time and money and increase their internal desire for success by identifying a college major which reflects their career niche and reveals their authentic self.

Group/Organization Workshops and Consultations
Two group/organization workshops are offered with the understanding that a minimum of 10 clients will receive individual consultations. One workshop reflects the career exploration and career transition process and the other workshop is offered for students to understand the importance of appropriate degree major selection.

Outplacement Services
Our counselors have been specifically trained to cater to company requests for outplacement services. Companies requesting outplacement services will be provided with skilled counselors to assist employees with career counseling and/or transitional counseling services due to company downsizing or layoffs.
