Throughout Dr. Green’s early college years she was challenged to find a college degree that truly reflected her unique passion. Therefore, she completed her undergraduate degree with a multidisciplinary focus in liberal studies from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

She had a similar challenge in her early professional career, having interests in a number of areas. As she transitioned from one job to another desiring to fulfill her purpose in a career, and hoping to discover her niche; Dr. Green discovered her passion for apparel, textiles, and higher education which lead her to a fulfilling career as a current college professor and former college administrator. Through this process of career exploration and discovery she also made a connection between one's passion and purpose and began to focus on dream job identification research. Dr. Green realizes that identifying one's career niche which leads to one's dream job is often difficult. As a result, she has devoted the past few years to assisting students, clients, organizations, and businesses in their career exploration and career transition process.
Dr. Crystal Green received her PhD from Kent State University in Ohio, where she was educated and trained on the intricate details of career counseling and student development by the best in the field, Dr. Savickas and MIDAS developer Dr. Shearer, who has been personally endorsed by MI theorist Howard Gardner. Because of their tutelage Dr. Green has developed a one-of-a-kind career counseling model which is used to service clients through Dr. Cris's career development firm. Dr. Green has spent several years in the fields of human resources, recruiting, and management. Dr. Green completed her certification as a Global Career Coach Facilitator from Thomas Edison University. She has also earned an M.A. in Clothing, Textiles & Interiors and an ED.S. in Higher Education Administration. Dr. Green is also a certified college professor and has spent the past ten years educating and uplifting students in their goal to fulfill their purpose.
